SEC Approves New Rules to Toughen Listing Standards for Reverse Merger Companies

Specifically...

A Reverse Merger company cannot be listed on the NYSE, NYSE Amex, or NASDAQ until they:
- Complete a one year “seasoning period” by trading on the OTC or other regulated US or foreign exchange following a reverse merger.
- Timely file all required SEC reports with audited financial statements during the “seasoning period.”
- Maintain the exchanges minimum share price for a sustained period of time.
