[On the original 11/3/04 announcement ...]
Stock went from .05 to .55 on the ORIGINAL 11/3/04 announcement. I was quite happy with that! I have no idea what it will do now.

REVERSE MERGER: Our Profile List stock Health Outcomes Management Inc. (OTCBB: HOMI 0.05 x 0.065) issued a Press Release announcing that they have signed a letter of intent with respect to Hudson Securities' acquisition of HOMI in a reverse merger transaction. Under the non-binding letter of intent, Hudson Securities and HOMI will proceed to negotiate a definitive merger agreement. Under the merger agreement, Hudson Securities would merge into a subsidiary of HOMI, and the stockholders of Hudson Securities would own approximately 94% of the outstanding stock of HOMI after the merger.

Hudson Securities, formerly known as Wien Securities Corp., is a broker- dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers. It is a market maker in more than 5,000 securities and trades proprietarily and as agent for many broker- dealer and institutional clients.

[HOMI - future winner or dead horse ?]
Regarding the fact that HOMI finnaly get approved R/M with Hdsn Sec , I expected quit strong rally on it and was a little bit disapointed that this wasn't the case ( O/C price was 0.17 / 0.25 on 04.20.2005 ) .
Are there any special to public unknown observations/reservations/fears on that particular share or it is ( HOMI ) simply "dead horse" ....

C'mon - let us guys know what do you think ....
