IEME was one of the shells that was rumored to be a take over candidate for PAVP prior to them releasing that it was another shell. Had a nice ride in the process.

IEME has been hyped by many different people. Watch out. Easy to get burned.

IEME .001 x.0011 getting some attention. Per the Sept 30, 2002 10Q, there were 461mil shares outstanding.

The company ceased operaring in August 2002 and is in the process of seeking a buyer for the remainig public shell corporation.
